Here are the basic steps to how this marketplace handles each purchase:

Shoppers browse marketplaces and decide to purchase a product by following the ordering steps provided by the seller and sending payment to the specified wallet address provided by the escrow service.

Funds are received and retained in the Armor Bridge Escrow wallet and the seller receieves a notification for the new order and his dashboard is updated with the amount paid on the website.

The seller prepares and ships the item as per the agreement with the buyer.

When these three steps are completed, two results can occur:

A- The buyer receieves the product. In this case, the transaction is closed and after 15 days, Armor Bridge Escrow releases the funds held in escrow to the seller. The deal is completed at this stage.

B- The buyer does not receive the product paid for and will have 15 days to dispute the transaction creating a new dispute through the support system and our team will check the status of the order internally. If the team determines that the order has not been received, the funds will be released back to the original wallet of the buyer.
